Before you use the data platform (hereinafter referred to as "Patsnap Platform") and data (hereinafter referred to as "Patsnap Data") services provided by Patsnap, please carefully read and fully understand these Rules. By checking the box" I have read and agreed to the Patsnap Data Platform and Data Services Usage Rules" or otherwise using Patsnap Data Platform and Data Services, you agree the Rules and are bound by the Rules.

You hereby undertake to accept and agree to comply with the following Rules in the course of using Patsnap Data Platform and Patsnap Data Services:

1.You shall use Patsnap Platform and Patsnap Data in a legal and reasonable manner, and shall not use Patsnap Platform and Patsnap Data for any illegal purposes. You shall be legally responsible for the use of Patsnap Platform and Patsnap Data Services. In order to better maintain the stability of the platform and the security of data, you shall not have the following acts in the course of using Patsnap Platform:

(1) You shall not run or install any plug-in, extras or system on Patsnap Platform, or interfere, destroy, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of Patsnap Platform through third-party tools, including but not limited to using the aforesaid technical means to obtain the approval of Patsnap Platform's security measures or identity verification measures, to break the limit on the number of accounts or the use of function (including but not limited to breaking, bypassing the limits set by Patsnap Platform on the number of times of access, query, browse and download, data amount and data content), causing excessive access and repeated data requests to Patsnap Platform, and interfering with the normal operation of the service and other people's use of the service;

(2) You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer the Patsnap Platform to derive source code from the Patsnap Platform;

(3) You shall not conduct vulnerability scanning, security testing and penetration testing on the Patsnap Platform, and shall not use any technical means to try to obtain the implementation technical details of the Patsnap Platform;

(4) You shall not transfer, rent, share, borrow or timeshare your account on the Patsnap Platform to any third party, with or without compensation, and provide conditions for others to use your account password on the Patsnap Platform; Patsnap has reasonable reasons to believe that all the activities using your account are your behaviors;

2.You shall understand and acknowledge that, in order to provide you with the services of Patsnap Platform and optimize your use experience, Patsnap may collect your browsing and searching records, and you shall know and authorize the above collection by Patsnap; however, Patsnap will not provide the information collected about you to a third party without your consent, unless otherwise provided by law;

3.Please understand and acknowledge that the Patsnap Data you obtain through the Patsnap Platform are only for your internal use, and upon the completion of your use or the expiration of the service term of the platform, you shall immediately delete all Patsnap data, data copies, backups and relevant derived data to ensure that data is no longer stored in its system or any other media; and you shall not store any Patsnap data outside the mainland of the People's Republic of China, or allow any overseas institution, organization or individual to download or export batch data in any manner;

4.You shall understand and acknowledge that the provision of data service by Patsnap Platform to you shall not be deemed as the transfer of any data ownership or intellectual property; You shall not amend, edit, adapt, compile, publish, translate and the like, in whole or in part, of the Patsnap Data; and You shall not provide, sell or resell the Patsnap Data (including but not limited to catalogs, database, blogs, etc.) and other relevant derivative works in any form to any third party, or use the Smart Patsnap Data for any other commercial purpose;

5.In the course of your use of the Patsnap Data, you shall keep the Patsnap Data confidential and take lawful and reasonable security measures, including but not limited to technical, physical and management measures, to ensure that the Patsnap Data is properly stored and protected from unauthorized access, use, disclosure or leakage;

6.Limited by existing technology, primary data and other reasons, the provision of data by Patsnap Platform to you shall not be deemed as guarantee of any form with respect to the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and other aspects of the content and data provided by Patsnap Platform;

7.You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Patsnap shall not be liable for any loss of profits (whether directly or indirectly), loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, other indirect or incidental losses or losses resulting from your own fault or any reason resulting from your use of the Patsnap Platform and the data;

Please reconfirm that if you continue to use the Patsnap Data Platform, you shall be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept these Rules. If you violate these Rules, Patsnap shall have the right to protect the rights and interests of Patsnap by taking measures to close your account without notice, requiring you to immediately stop using and delete Patsnap data, and other legal measures, and shall reserve the right to pursue your legal responsibility.
